Soda Bread

I mean who doesn’t like a good chunky slice of toast. This bread is super tasty quite damperish and fantastic with jam or Vegemite.
Ingredients
- 200g white flour
 - 150g wholemeal flour
 - 50g oats
 - 1 teaspoon of salt
 - 1 teaspoon of baking soda
 - 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
 - 250ml unsweetened dairy free milk
 
Method
- Preheat oven 220
 - Dust a baking dish with some flour
 - In a bowl, mixer or food processor mix all the dry ingredients
 - Add the wet ingredients and mix well until in a nice dough. If too moist/dry add flour/milk or should all stick together nicely but not stick to your hands or surface
 - Roll into a nice big ball
 - Place in middle of the baking tray and cut a deep cut across the middle of the bread almost to the bottom, key here is ALMOST don’t cut the thing in half
 - Sprinkle some more oats over the top of you fancy
 - Throw in the oven and cook for 30mins or longer if needed
 - Pull out let cool on a drying rack and then your grand
